I have worked in a number of charities and not-for-profits so I know that budgets are tight and value for money is paramount. I want my pricing to be fair, honest and accountable. The price I quote is the price you pay, unless you decide to make big changes to your plans. Also, if I finish a project early because it’s taken less time than I estimated, I’ll charge you less. I will always endeavour to work as efficiently as possible, in order to deliver your projects to time and deadline and of utmost quality, or finish early and pass the savings on to you.
A day is a minimum of 7.5 hours, and I won’t seek to charge you extra for the odd half hour here or hour there. I use easy online tools to track my hours and am very happy to share a log of my hours to increase the transparency of what you are paying for, if that is something which you would like.
Rates vary depending on the service and skill/experience level required and will be agreed in advance.
Retainers may be negotiated on an individual basis.
First-time clients can claim a discount of 10% off all services within the first contract.
I am not UK VAT registered as it is not expected that my annual turnover will reach the current threshold of £85,000 per annum. The rates you see are the rates you’ll pay: no hidden charges.
I support strong public services and believe tax is a good thing to pay. I am a UK resident, registered as self-employed, and pay all required income tax and national insurance in the UK.
